1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Arterias platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of service
Arterias provides an API platform including authentication, rate limiting, analytics, API key management and billing. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and API keys. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service for unlawful, harmful or abusive activity.
- Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, quotas or security controls.
- Do not resell or sublicense the Service without written permission.
5. Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including all software, designs and trademarks, remains the property of Arterias. You retain ownership of the data you submit through the Service.
7. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arterias is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms. You may close your account at any time from your settings.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
